Construction Guide was founded in 2018 when CEO Ilya Lugintsev noticed a gap in the market. This gap was between real estate developers and the services they required to get the most out of their project. By providing value and industry knowledge, Construction Guide realized it was able to help everyone involved get the best experience possible.

Our business model is based on 11 years of construction industry experience, which we apply to every job. We know the intimate details of new development in New York City, along with remodeling and full gut renovation projects. Our team brings this knowledge and expertise to every job so that our clients end up with the most value for their money while also mitigating risk.

We designed Construction Guide as a marketplace for real estate developers and private clients to match with the most suitable architects and contractors for their project. We realized that this stage of a construction project can suck up a lot of time and money, and finding out you’ve picked the wrong companies only happens once work has started.
