The Hanover Warner Center, formally 21050 West Kittredge Street in Los Angeles, is very near completion. In its final stages, developers are currently adding the finishing touches to its exterior.
The 7-storey building will stand 80 ft. tall and will have 424,404 sq. ft. of floor space. There will also be 20,074 sq. ft. of landscaped area. It’s being developed and built by Hanover Company, hence its informal name. TCA Architects designed the building, which cost around $100 million to build.
Across the upper floors there are 395 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Rental prices will range from $1,821 to $3,367 a month depending on size. The building’s amenities include a clubhouse, catering kitchen, conference rooms, atrium with a fire pit, fitness center and a pool. It also comes with over 500 parking spaces.
Apartments will be available from April 1, 2021. We at Construction Guide have been following this project for a while and we’re happy to see it reaching the final stages of completion with little delay and budget overrun.
