Scope: The project completely changes the front façade of this modern boutique hotel by adding a new canopy and storefront along 6th Avenue. An impressive new entrance leads guests into a spacious Lobby and Lounge area. A bar and additional lounge seating open up to an outdoor plaza and on separated raised platforms, there is a Library and a Hidden Bar and Lounge. The 100-seat restaurant now occupies the space of the previous lobby. All work was completed in an operating hotel with minimal disruption.
